Elastic.io is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Consultant to join our Customer Success and Sales team.

As Technical Sales Consultant you will actively work with multiple departments and clients to understand needs, propose and demonstrate solutions, and drive deals to closing. In your role you will help leads to understand how they can leverage the power of the elastic.io platform. Our Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will play an integral role in the success of our customers by performing technical discovery qualification, making recommendations for implementation of the solution, delivering product demonstrations, workshops and much more.
As a customer advocate, you will also play a valuable role in feeding back voice of customer to our Product Owner and developer teams.
This is not a pure sales role, it’s much more focused on consultatively engaging with leads and prospects to ensure we understand their needs and so they have confidence in our technology and that the implementation will meet their needs. For this reason, we see this role as fitting someone with a good technical knowledge of enterprise software and/or integration projects, and the interpersonal skills to engage in open discussion with clients.
